Nichita is an ambitious entrepreneur and team manager. He studied B.A. and Hospitality Management in The Netherlands and Romania. He managed to triple the value of the company he took charge for in 2016 and doubling its team, transforming it from a "traditional" firm to one of the most successful, competitive and attractive in the country.

After leaving the office he likes to take his dog out for a walk or a bike ride. He enjoys trips in other countries and loves a good old gaming night.
